For the past several months, I've noticed a substantial increase in cycling up and down Guilford. In years past, I never saw bicycles using Guilford. Recently, at any given time, I can usually see at least one bicycle crossing the bridge. It was actually working. What the heck is going on with whoever replaced that arm?
