update : apparently the foreman at the site lied – this construction site has no variance permits

Noisy construction with loud banging and power tools has routinely started at 5AM, even on weekends (including sundays). Residents are very disturbed by the very early start times of the construction at this work site. Suggest their variance permit be revoked due to the high noise levels at very early hours that is disturbing residents of Mott Street.

Back in February (I think) I brought in my 13 inch Macbook for service at the apple store in Soho. The ethernet port stopped working so they replaced the MLB, and the topcase since it had cracked where the magnetic parts close down on the clamshell. Recently ethernet cables stopped securing to the port, and there’s a loud click whenver the laptop is opened. So without the macbook for a week or so. Alpine Hill climb part 2 interferes with, well, school. Fucked up. Really wanted to do that one. Actually, still considering it.
